What Host OS includes

Host OS covers every stage of the customer lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, equipment tracking, automated billing, and delinquency management.

Customer management

Add customers, track their equipment, manage team access, and monitor account status across all hosted clients.

Contracts and billing

Create hosting contracts, generate monthly invoices automatically, and collect payments via ACH, card, or crypto.

White-label portal

Give customers a branded sign-in experience at your own URL. Customize colors, logo, and slogan.

Core capabilities

Create customer accounts manually or invite customers by email. Each customer gets a dedicated portal where they can view their equipment, earnings, invoices, and make payments. You control portal access and can disable it at any time.
Create hosting contracts with configurable terms, billing rates, power caps, and start/end dates. Supported contract types include standard hosted, lease, Infinity (hash-based), and O&M (operations and maintenance). Contracts start as drafts and are activated once equipment or sites are assigned.
Set a billing day of month and Host OS generates invoices automatically for all active contracts. Invoices include kWh consumption, billing period, and line items. You can configure whether invoices are emailed to customers automatically on generation.
Assign miners and other equipment to specific customers and contracts. Track which units are assigned, staged, or uncontracted. The RevenueGuard panel flags equipment that is online but generating revenue without a contract.
Customers can pay invoices via ACH bank transfer (Plaid), credit or debit card (Stripe), or cryptocurrency (NowPayments, OpenNode). Enable auto-pay so customers are charged automatically when invoices are issued.
When a customer falls behind on payments, you can mark them as in default and activate pool redirect. Their miner hashrate is redirected to a holding pool you control, recovering revenue while the account is delinquent.
HashGuard provides insurance-grade protection against hashrate loss. Host OS integrates with HashGuard so you can offer customers coverage against downtime and equipment failure directly from the platform.
Set a custom host slug and your customers sign in at /host/your-slug/auth with your logo and brand colors. The portal shows equipment status, earnings, invoices, and payment options — all under your brand.
Track miner repairs with work orders linked to specific customers. Add line items for labor, parts, and fees. Work orders move through draft → in progress → completed → billed stages and can be converted to customer invoices.
Send broadcast messages to all customers or specific segments. Use templates for recurring communications like maintenance windows or rate changes. Track delivery statistics for sent announcements.
Maintain a catalog of miner SKUs with pricing, hashrate, power draw, and stock quantities. Build multi-step sales quotes for prospective customers covering equipment, fulfillment, hosting terms, fees, and taxes. Send quotes directly from the platform.
Connect payment processors (Stripe, Plaid, NowPayments, OpenNode), accounting tools, and other services. Manage all integration credentials from a single settings page.

How the workflow runs

1

Add customers

Create customer accounts and invite them to the portal via email. Customers sign in through your white-label auth page.
2

Create contracts

Configure a hosting contract for each customer: set the billing rate, power cap, term, and contract type. Assign equipment to the contract to activate it.
3

Invoices generate automatically

On your configured billing day, Host OS generates invoices for all active contracts. Invoices are emailed to customers if auto-send is enabled.
4

Customers pay through the portal

Customers log in to view invoices and pay via their preferred method. You can also collect payments on their behalf or set up auto-pay.
