Create your organization

Every Dune Digital account belongs to an organization. Organizations are how you group sites, miners, team members, and customers.Enter:
  • Organization name — the name of your company or operation (e.g., Acme Mining Co.)
  • Description (optional) — a brief note about what this organization manages
  • Billing email (optional) — where invoices and billing alerts are sent; defaults to your account email
Click Continue. Dune Digital creates the organization and makes you its owner.
If you were invited to an existing organization via an invite link, this step is skipped automatically — your account is already linked.
5

Install the agent

The Dune Digital agent is a lightweight process you run on a machine inside the same network as your miners. It scans the local network, discovers miners automatically, and streams telemetry to the platform.Select your product and platform:
  • Product — choose Hash Streams for Bitcoin ASIC miners or AI Streams for GPU compute
  • Platform — Linux, macOS, or Windows
The wizard generates a one-time registration code that expires after a few minutes and ties the agent to your site. Copy the install command and run it on the target machine.
Run the following in your terminal:
curl -sSL <install-url> | bash -s -- --code <YOUR_CODE>
The installer script downloads and starts the agent, then registers it with your site using the code.
The registration code is single-use and time-limited. If it expires before you run the installer, click Generate New Code in the wizard to get a fresh one.
Once the agent starts, click Verify Connection in the wizard. Dune Digital polls for an active agent heartbeat. When it detects one, the step completes automatically. If you want to come back to this later, click Skip for now — you can install the agent any time from your dashboard.
6

View your miners

After the agent connects, it begins scanning your network and discovering miners. Within a minute or two you should see your first machines appear in the Hash Streams dashboard. For each miner you’ll see:
  • Hashrate — current and expected output
  • Power draw — watts consumed
  • Temperature — chip and board temperatures
  • Status — online, offline, or degraded
  • Pool — which mining pool the machine is pointing to
You’re up and running. From here you can set up event rules, configure curtailment schedules, invite team members, or explore the Marketplace.
