How to browse, evaluate, and purchase mining equipment and hash contracts on the Dune Digital Marketplace.

The marketplace is publicly accessible. Visit dunedigital.xyz/marketplace/home to see all active listings — no login required.

Use the filters to narrow results by:

• Equipment type — sale, hash contract, hosted, or lease
• Condition — new, like-new, good, fair, needs repair
• Seller — filter to a specific verified seller’s inventory
• HashGuard — show only listings with automatic performance credits enabled
• Visibility — global listings are available to all buyers; local listings are available to customers of a specific hosting facility

To browse a specific seller’s inventory with their own branding, visit their storefront directly at dunedigital.xyz/s/<seller-slug>.

Understand a listing

Click any listing card to open the detail page. Here is what you will find:

Header

• Listing title and model name
• Location of the equipment or hosting facility
• Price per unit (or per TH/s for hash contracts)
• Listing type badge, condition badge, and lead time

Performance data (24-hour)

• Average hashrate (TH/s)
• Hashrate efficiency (percentage of rated output)
• Uptime percentage

Performance data is sourced from live monitoring of the actual equipment. If no data is shown, the equipment has not yet been connected to a monitoring agent.

Cost breakdown

• Equipment price or hash contract price (adjustable by term length and, for dynamic listings, by hashrate)
• Admin fee, transfer fee, installation fee (where applicable)
• Hosting deposit (refundable, where applicable)
• Sales tax (where applicable)
• Total due at checkout

For hash contracts, you can slide the term selector (1–12 months) to see how the total price changes. On dynamic hashrate listings, you can also slide to choose your TH/s level.

Hash contract disclosures Hash contracts include a disclosure panel explaining that you are purchasing hashrate — not physical hardware — and that mining rewards are variable. A risk factors summary is also shown. There are no guaranteed profits.

Buying flow

1. Sign in or create an account

   Click Buy Now or Add to Cart on any listing. If you are not signed in, you will be redirected to the login page. After authentication, you return to the listing automatically.

2. Review your cart

   Your cart shows each item’s price, quantity, contract term (for hash contracts), and estimated buyer fees. You can adjust quantities within the seller’s min/max purchase limits before proceeding.

3. Accept terms and acknowledge risks

   At checkout, you must read and accept the Marketplace Terms & Conditions. If your cart contains a hash contract, you must also check the Smart Mining acknowledgment confirming you understand that rewards are variable with no guarantee of profit.

4. Choose a payment method

   Two payment methods are available:

   • Crypto (NowPayments) — pay with a wide range of cryptocurrencies. A 2% processing fee applies.
   • Bitcoin — pay directly with BTC. A 2% processing fee applies. A time-limited Bitcoin charge is generated with a QR code and wallet address. The charge expires if not paid within the window shown.

   The total including the processing fee is displayed before you confirm.

5. Complete payment

   For crypto and Bitcoin payments, you are shown a payment address or redirected to a checkout page. Keep the page open until payment is confirmed.

   Your terms acceptance timestamp is recorded with your order.

6. Order confirmed

   After payment is confirmed, your order appears in your customer portal under Purchases. For hash contracts, your hashrate monitoring dashboard activates immediately. For physical equipment, check the listing’s lead time for shipping estimates.

Order tracking and fulfillment

After checkout, track your order from your customer portal. Order statuses include:

Status	Meaning
payment_pending	Payment initiated but not yet confirmed
payment_received	Payment confirmed; seller is notified
completed	Order fulfilled by seller
cancelled	Order cancelled before payment or by mutual agreement

For hash contracts, your mining dashboard and performance data are available as soon as your contract is activated.

Buyer protections

Verified sellers — all sellers have passed an application and identity review process before their listings appear on the marketplace.

Performance data — listing performance metrics come from live monitoring, not seller-provided claims.

HashGuard credits — on eligible listings, automatic service credits are issued if contracted hashrate performance drops below the agreed threshold. See HashGuard for full details.

Terms dispute process — in limited circumstances (such as material misrepresentation or non-delivery), Dune Digital may mediate between buyer and seller at its sole discretion. Resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return policy

All marketplace sales are final. Dune Digital does not accept returns, issue refunds, or facilitate exchanges for any equipment or contract purchased through the marketplace, unless required by applicable law. Individual sellers may offer their own voluntary return or warranty policies — these are between you and the seller.

Review all listing details, specs, and seller information before completing a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the transaction is non-refundable and non-reversible.

Bitcoin mining involves economic and operational risk. Mining rewards fluctuate based on Bitcoin price, network difficulty, global hash competition, block subsidy halvings, and other factors. Hash contracts are not savings accounts, securities, or investment contracts.
